Dog License Reminder
All dogs must have a license if they reside in the Town of Two Rivers.  The license needs to be purchased/renewed by April 1 of each year.  Please see "Dog Licensing Tab" for further instructions.   If not paid by April 1, there will be a fine imposed on the dog owner.

Building Permit Information
If you are adding on to a home or garage, building a new home, adding a garage, looking to start a business on your property in the Town of Two Rivers, your first call should be to the Manitowoc County Planning and Zoning at 920-683-4185 to get any necessary applications for setback permits, variances, or conditional use permits.  They will ask you the right questions to determine what is needed.  They will also refer you to our Building Inspector.
