INVITATION TO BID:
Roadwork Bid Sheet for Town of Two Rivers for 2024


Road Closure Information:
We have been notified that Manitowoc County plans to resurface CTH V V from STH 147 to CTH B.  Roadway work is scheduled to begin April 29 (milling existing surface) during which the roadway will be open to local traffic only.  Work is expected to be completed within 2 weeks.  

Building Permit Information

If you are adding on to a home or garage, building a new home, adding a garage, looking to start a business on your property in the Town of Two Rivers, your first call should be to the Manitowoc County Planning and Zoning at 920-683-4185 to get any necessary applications for setback permits, variances, or conditional use permits.  They will ask you the right questions to determine what is needed.  They will also refer you to our Building Inspector.
