Manitowoc County Board Meeting
Tuesday, April 28th, 2026 | 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

This is the meeting where they will act on an ordinance to enact a moratorium on Data Center Applications.  Please try to attend if you would like to speak out with regard to the moratorium.  They are expecting a large crowd, so you may want to come early.

Building Permit Information

If you are adding on to a home or garage, building a new home, adding a garage, looking to start a business on your property in the Town of Two Rivers, your first call should be to the Manitowoc County Planning and Zoning at 920-683-4185 to get any necessary applications for setback permits, variances, or conditional use permits.  They will ask you the right questions to determine what is needed.  They will also refer you to our Building Inspector.
